Starting in the summer of 2026, Zen is migrating our internal IT systems to a new platform called Odoo. This has been a fairly sizable task to undertake, but we've made steady progress and managed to go live with Odoo at the end of August 26'. We're pushing forward with a new website also hosted on Odoo and plan to open up online sales for laptops, peripherals and installtion services using the new website as soon as possible. We are confident this system will help our team manage the internal repairs, support ticket, financials and other systems all in one space. Our long term plan is to become an Odoo sales partner allowing us to help our customers move to Odoo should they wish to upgrade their current IT. More on Odoo here: https://www.odoo.com/
