Our workshop provides repairs and upgrades for Windows desktop PCs and laptops of all makes and models. We diagnose hardware faults, Windows problems, slow computers, startup failures, overheating, malware and many other common PC problems.

We also provide SSD and memory upgrades, Windows installation, data transfer, component replacement and general PC upgrades. We'll assess the problem and explain the available options before carrying out significant repair work, so you can make an informed decision about whether repairing or replacing the computer makes most sense.

Mac Repairs

We provide professional independant repair and support for Apple MacBook, iMac, Mac mini and other Mac computers. Whether your Mac won't start, is running slowly, has storage problems or you're having trouble with macOS, applications, email or other software, our technicians can diagnose the problem and explain your options.

We can also help with SSD and storage upgrades, data transfer, macOS installation, backups and setting up a replacement Mac. If you're moving from an older Mac to a new one, we can transfer your files and help get everything set up and ready to use.

Mobile Phone Repairs

We repair a wide range of mobile phones and smartphones, including common problems such as broken screens, failing batteries, charging problems and other hardware faults. Bring your phone into the shop and we'll assess the problem and advise you on the available repair options.

We also offer our while-you-wait screen protector service. Using our specialist cutting system, we can produce a screen protector specifically for your phone from a large database of supported devices, then fit it for you in store — no hunting around for the right pre-cut protector required.
